A tattooed vision

My daughter Nia Jane is determined to suceed and will stop at nothing to conquer her dreams. While I applaud her determination whole heartedly, I encourage her to make those dreams goals and to create a vision board. She laughed when I shared that and stuck out her wrist to remind me of the tattoo she got weeks ago. Her goal is tatted right smack on her wrist and stares back at her everyday. Each day she feels herself getting closer.

A few years ago, I stuck a picture of a goal inside a sheet protector and attached it to my keys. In addition to being a conversation piece, it was a constant reminder - a constant vision. Before the months end, the goal had been accomplished. So with that in mind, maybe I won't have to endure the sting of a needle.

Now where are my sheet protectors......
